PLAYA LOS MUERTOS
This beach is close to the cemetery and it’s the best spot for swimming, less crowded and a good spot to relax. It is only 10 min walking from town.
MAL PASO BEACH
If you are looking for a nice hike not too far from town, don't miss this beach, it’s about 30 min walking from town. You will enter to a nice jungle trail right at the north end.
LA LANCHA
If your passionate about surfing, we recommend to go to this beach area. The surf is great, especially for beginners. Located close to Punta de Mita.
WALKING
SAYULITA TO SAN PANCHO
One of the most rewarding things you can do around Sayulita is hike the coastal trail to the neighbouring village of San Pancho. About four miles one way, the trail winds through lush jungle, passes the secluded Playa Malpaso, and ends in the charming town of San Pancho allow around 2.5 hours at a relaxed pace.
Wear proper shoes, bring water, and catch the bus or a taxi back. Best done in the morning before the heat kicks in.
